1. What Eagle Debt Payoff is
Eagle Debt Payoff (“the Service”) is a debt payoff planning and tracking tool available at eagledebtpayoff.com and through our applications. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Not financial advice
Eagle Debt Payoff is a calculation and planning tool. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice, and its projections are estimates based on the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions (such as monthly interest compounding). Actual amounts, dates, and interest charged by your creditors will differ. For personalized guidance, consult a licensed financial advisor.
3. Your account and data
You can use the Service without an account; in that case your data is stored only on your device. If you create an account, you are responsible for the email address you register and for keeping access to it secure. You retain all rights to the data you enter. You can delete your account and synced data at any time by contacting us or using the tools in the app.
4. Subscriptions
Optional paid features (“Pro”) are billed as subscriptions through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service’s projections. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
